"Add Wireless Display" was missing now fixed

To summarize the fix action from this thread http://bit.ly/1u157gh

PROBLEM: My Windows 8.1/RT device is not allowing me to "Add Wireless Display" under the SIDEBAR Devices > Project area to connect to Miracast devices such as the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter.

FIX OPTIONS THAT WORKED FOR ME: The issue was that VirtualBox installed and activated the VirtualBox Bridged Network Driver. After removing/deactivating the bridge I had the option to add the second display. I also updated my Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 3160 driver on my HP laptop since the installed version was 16 and windows wasn't automatically installing the updated v17 driver.

This worked for me. If you know that your laptop/desktop wifi adapter supports Miracast and is not working then remove/disable any bridges that were installed like the VirtualBox one.
